After drinking SN I'm supposed to lay back and wait 12 minutes before losing consciousness. If I'm doing nothing during those 12 minutes, my brain will be completely focused on all the symptoms that I will start to feel like nausea and tachycardia. If I'm doing something or paying attention to something I would be distracted (to some degree) from focusing on those symptoms, so I would feel less anxious.

However, I'm pretty sure i don't have a collection of fun activities to choose from while I'm lying in bed waiting for my death. The only thing I could come up with is to play some music on my phone. Are you guys have any other ideas? Do you plan to do a specific thing during your last minutes?

I get lost in funny or moving compilations often. Usually end up crying because life should be so beautiful and the fact that it isn't, the fact that I have to bombard my brain with compilations of good moments makes it worse

It depends on what you enjoy the most really. What typically helps you relax the most?

It can differ for me depending on what I'm into. I get obsessions that move, sometimes it's music, others it's my favourite youtuber that's essentially my comfort show to watch to relax when I'm overstimulated and stuff. Other times it's games, but I'd imagine that'd be hard if you're slowly losing consciousness haha

Sometimes I'll play games on my phone like words with friends or some puzzles that I have to focus a lot on too. I'll sometimes go through Reddit, but that place has gone horribly down hill so I'd probably not recommend that one haha
