In order to reduce risk of vomiting you should fast for 8 hours before drinking SN.
But if you feel like it's too much after 3 hours it might be too difficult to get through 8 whole hours. It isn't worth the risk though imo

it'd be best to keep fasting. if its really too difficult id push the date back. you can also try sleeping? makes it so you dont have to suffer in the meanwhile. however, im unsure if it has any affect on digestion so please check yourself.

4 hours is nowhere near long enough, some people recommend going up to 2 days without food for maximum safety.Similar threads
