Discussion scared of what comes after

the more and more close i get to actually ctb the more i get scared of what comes after. im so scared honestly. im not this scared of the pain or anything involving the act of dying. but what if i go to hell, or get reincarnated in even more unfortunate circumstances than what i experienced in this life, what if its just nothingness and i wasted the one opportunity i had to live a life.

You will eventually get there whether you CTB or die from natural causes. Unless you're religious or something, you shouldn't be so scared. Peace to you.

im not religious but the uncertainty of what comes after does make me consider religious beliefs. its also the thought that what if im punished for the act of suicide in the afterlife? idk a lot of it is conditioning through society but it's still scary
