I think 48h of fasting is too much. It is on Stan's guide but It seems really difficult to do. Maybe 12h, or 24h wold be best.

I do 48h water fasts at least once a month, it's not difficult, just remember to drink lots of water. I heard male models make small round ice cubes and swallow them to eliminate hunger, I haven't tested it because after 48h of fasting hunger basically disappears and the body starts using fat as energy and I usually try go to 72h without food.

I can fast for 12h no problem. 24h is a bit too much, 48h I would probably not even need SN to die. Maybe it's just me

no this raises a really big question if she did everything right then should be unconcious within 10 minutes. so if you're a scientifically minded person you should want to investigate why it took 4 times as long. something's obviously not right. our data on this method is incomplete

Yes this is very important. At least to be able to make an informed choice.
Maybe because the SN was 95%? Not 99%?

This thread is about the experience of @StrawberryPanic (21 years old) catching the bus by ingesting SN.
Her experience was recorded through a video call which took place the 1st of August from14:20 to 16:40.

The recording was sadly corrupted and the audio of the video was lost, so we can only learn from her physical expressions.

48h fasting for me would trigger nausea and migraines from ow blood sugar, without being asleep from i i could do maybe 18 most and that depends on the day

that's something i dont know tbh. doesn't seem she suffered any physical pain, just a little emotional about it, but that's quite understandable. she was very brave. hope she's ok now.
