recommend ways to ctb quickly and accesible

i really dont want to do this anymore
im a college student, i go to my university at 7 am every day, i dont have drugs at my disposition
i dont fear a violent death as long as it's quick
i need to do this this week if possible, i'm home alone most of the time too
my university has at least 6 stories to fall from
i have asthma if that's of any use
i dont want to keep prolonging my life. before i regret this, i need to attempt asap.
