QUESTIONS about aspyxiation and getting hit by a car ctb

Can someone reply to this with the one thread about how to hang yourself or smth or how to properly asphyxiate with a sweatpant string or a cord or smth or just how to tie the shit. if you cant find it just help me figure this shit out i need help and i need it to work. like tying it on a doorknob and elaxing my head or smth. idk. also if im going to ctb by running into a road with moving cars going like 40mph maybe 50, what is my death chance percentage because i dont wanna survive and have a smooth jello rock for a brain.

I wouldn't just go run in front of vehicles. If it is a semi or something like that I might risk it but not for a car or SUV. Also check out the sticky threads and it should have the compilation there that lists methods. If you do a Google search it will show you videos of how to do different knots. I watch them myself but still struggle to make them but most people don't have the issues that I have had. Good luck and I hope this helps you some .
