i have a rope, know a secure knot to do and i decided on psh rather than fsh because fsh requires me to leave my house and that could get me caught; i have a place in my room to hang from and ive done a few trial runs but i can never seem to put enough pressure on or locate my carotids or "sweet spot". i've literally tried everywhere and can't find it! i get that exploding head feeling but it's so extremely painful, i want to just pass out within seconds
