I want to use the 4 drug protocol from PPeH. However, you need morphine as one of the 4 drugs. The problem is that there's two types of morphine. Morphine direct (Direct release of the morphine) and there's Morphine contin (Extended-release of the morphine) which one of the two should it take?

It doesnt matter. The quantities involved are huge for the average individual without tolerance. Put half of them in a blender and whizz & swallow the remainder as they are.

PPeH now says that "the fast-acting morphine sulfate is used".

Good luck trying to get enough morphine for those drug mixtures. Unless if you're lucky enough to get a good bulk cheap from a prescription, morphine is insanely expensive on the dark web. I'd look into nitazenes if I were you. They're opioids just like morphine. Some are just as strong as morphine while there are others that are easily way stronger.

Hi there did you find digoxin? I am also looking morphine too and Pheno Barb but have no way of sourcing them

Just going off of UK the cheapest I could find that looks legitimate (you have to be careful with ones that don't come in blister packs, they're more likely to be fake), is 14x10mg (140mg total) for £20. 15g = 15,000mg so you're looking at ~£2143. Also the tablets only contain 10mg each so you're looking at 1500 tablets with a whole bunch of filler. Even when crushed, that'll be a lot to ingest.

Now there are some 30mg tablets that look like they come in blisters floating about, but I'm seen a negative review calling them a fraud. And I've seen a listing for 10x200mg (2g total) morphine tablets for £254.30 that while doesn't show a picture of them in blisters, the description says they come in a blister pack. For 16g that's £2034.40 in 80 tablets which is a lot better. But they only ship to Europe and have no idea if that still includes the UK or not.

That makes no sense to me, gosh.
5 years ago I got 11 grams of morphine for under 150 €. Real thing, blister packs.

Could go with some heroin, it's fairly cheap on DNMs in the UK, a gram of that will FK you up big time. Coming from an IV user, even 80mg of fairly pure H makes me black out, if that's the effect you're looking for.

the effects of heroin(aka diamorphine) and morphine are near identical, however heroin is around twice as potent, if you wanted a cheaper or more accessable alternative, it's there, heroin also happens to be very cheap in Europe. But I'm not really qualified to make this recommendation, I can only say, research this on your own. I am not familiar with this "4 drug" method, but if it involves an opioid, I am sure heroin will suffice.

Just Bohemia. Also good to hear about the alternate name and potency for heroin because I never knew that. Unfortunately you do have to be careful with who you order heroin from. Chances of getting pure heroin are very low, then there's the matter of what nasty stuff could be cut with it too (although if it's cut with fentanyl or a potent nitazene then that's better XD).

The good news is that Energy Control International can check the purity of heroin, the bad news is that I don't think they identify the other cuts that aren't available on their list like the nitazenes.

I had a look on several sites there and it seems you are right, they only sell small amounts and for a very big price. Odd, as I mentioned a few years ago this was very different. Too bad. One place there was a seller of phenobarbital (not N, but also a barbiturate), could that be of use perhaps? Thanks for your input any case,

Actually Phenobarbital isn't used for 4-drug mix, which I've now found out uses only 10g of Morphine instead. You're better off going with the new 5-drug mix as it sounds more reliable. That one includes 15g of Morphine but only 5g of Phenobarbital (where as the old 3-drug mix they apparently used to do recommends 20g of Phenobarbital).
