People judge those who are suicidal but nobody ever sees the person's determination to create a better future for themselves

People judge that person who is suicidal and suffering from depression but nobody sees their determination to create a better life for themselves.

Nobody sees that determination to get up every morning and to try to do well in life whether it be at university or the workplace or personal relationships with their families.

Nobody sees the determination to wear a nice smile and socialise while masking the pain underneath.

Nobody sess that determination to win and keep soldiering on when the going gets tough.

Everyone just sees a crazy person but not a human being in pain.
The same people who judged that person for killing themselves are the same people who never helped that person when they reached out while they were still alive and fighting to live.

I've been very fortunate with the fact that several of my friends and exes would compliment me on my determination and hard work to try and improve my life and get happy, I remember the first time one of my exes noticed it and the recognizion they gave me, I didn't think anyone would ever care about it.

That is so lovely of your friends. My family think I am doing well and everything is fine. I pretend to be happy and stopped reaching out to people. I was tired of never being listened too and always being misunderstood and judged.

I have convinced everyone I am happy and they 100% believe it.
