I was looking into thiopental and somehow I've found that a combination of pentoxifylline and thiopental maybe something to look into. However the only data or ld50 available is for rats. Maybe someone here knows more about it?
(note: I didn't add any links but it should be easy to find when searched with the keywords pentoxifylline and thiopental)

pentoxifylline used to treat claudication. thiopental is a strong barbiturate. i can't make out the purpose of pentoxifylline in the mix. mixing barbiturates with antiarrhythmic medication makes more sense in my opinion as in addition to respiratory depression caused by barbiturate there's depression of cardiac function as well. by rule of thumb lethal doses of barbiturates lie in margin of 1g to 10, the former is a bare minimum that causes death and the latter is a reliable dose causing lethal outcome in most cases

I don't know too much about this but I'm curious as to if it works on rats, it could be a matter of finding the exact ld50 dosage for people on both medications. However it is true that when mixed the amount needed may and will likely change. But idk maybe it could be just something to look into.
I already have thiopental but because of a bad/failed previous attempt I'm looking for more concreate evidance as to how to make sure it really works or whatever went wrong or something else idk yet.

ld50 for humans unfortunately can't be obtained. because it requires experiments where to a group of people given a poison in certain dose and half of them supposed to die. as for dosage in case of drug mixing it depends on pharmacologic types of mixed drugs, a mixing of drugs where one suppresses central nervous system and another related to cardiotoxic drugs is far more fatal than overdose of either of drugs alone:

this is drug interactions for sodium thiopental:

"Interaction
drugs
clonidine, CNS depressants, guanabenz, magnesium sulfate, methyldopa, metyrosine, pargyline, rauwolfia alkaloids: Additive CNS depressant effects

thioridazine hydrochloride diazoxide, diuretics, guanadrel, guanethidine, mecamylamine, trimethaphan: Possibly additive hypotensive effect

ketamine: Increased risk of hypotension or respiratory depression; possibly countered hypnotic effect of thiopental

phenothiazines: Possibly increased CNS depression or excitation, increased hypotensive effect"

also method of administration affects on toxicity. injection in the bloodstream or in muscles allows an instant drug uptake and passes absorption through G.I tract where drugs undergo elaborated metabolism before taking effect on the body which increasing likelihood of toxic dose elimination by means of vomiting or diarrhea
