Hanging? Suffocation? Drowning? Etc?

I'm trying to figure out methods available to me. It would have to be something cheap and easy to get. So I just have some questions

Does hanging have to be done with a metal bar or is there like something you can stick to the wall to tie the rope to? I share a room unfortunately but I'm thinking I can do it on my balcony the only thing is I worry a bit about being seen or heard (Is it loud? Can I make it not loud?) but maybe no one will notice if the light is off and of course it would be at night

Or could I choke myself to death? Maybe suffocate using a plastic bag and tie something around it like a rope? While using sleep meds

Go to the pool at night on medcations that make you sleepy so maybe I will drown? Maybe in the bathtub?

Should I drink a ton off caffeine in a short time? I've been hearing about this killing people. Maybe over the span of everyday drink a lot of caffeine

I'm just desperate so forgive me if any of these sound like a stupid idea

I don't know if we can give opinions or not, I am not functional enough to understand the rules. That might be why no one has responded.

the body convulses while hanging, so I think that is a total no, and if you get discovered, then you can get brain damage.

Option 2: search this forum, people discuss this, it is tricky and unlikely.

option 3 - I wish this could work, and there are some stories, Whitney Houston drowned in a tub. But don't know whether or not it works.
caffiene is painful I thikn, search this forum, not guaranteed. you can also google it. it has to be a shit ton, not just 10 cups of coffee, which my mum drinks regularly with no ill effects!

you just need something secure for hanging. it has to be able to take at least 1.5/2 times your weight. while a person is convulsing in their unconscious state, their body will swing which means there is effectively more weight on the point where the rope is attached - just gluing, using a suction cup or small screws/nails etc will not work. as for noise, it is hard to give a definitive answer. a person will be making their own noises that sound like gasping for air, and also as their body convulses it can come into contact with other things which then gives a knocking type noise. you would probably want to do it in private if you do decide to do it

no - it can be done, but at the very least, as you breathe in, the bag will then be firmly pressed against your face - that is not a nice feeling, and coupled with the suffocation, is only really tolerable for a few seconds. i know this one from experience almost 40 years ago

on face value, i would not recommend it - it could work, but it could also to unnecessary trauma, both at the time and later on

i would think coffee is not worth the effort. it will probably have many negative effects long before you get your wish. your life could become much worse

I tried other times, but the last time I was almost there, I lost consciousness for a few moments, my mother arrived just in time and I was taken to the emergency room and then to a psychiatric clinic. I say that the hanging method is not easy, you must have a lot of courage and not give up if that's what you really want.

Anything that can anchor and hold your body weight at least.

Could, but you'll rip it out before the med kicks in. Survival Instinct simply won't let you.

A pretty solid thinking but I'll rely on knocking my self unconscious rather than sleeps.

There's much to say like don't do it but hang and drown is possible and pretty easy to do. I hope you find peace no matter what. Don't do it when hesitated.

What does that mean?

Set up is like
"I'm gonna hang my self, My set up is this 2 meters rope and a tree near park with alcohol for my final fun"

The rope was already hanging there, because there was a punching bag attached. I took the punching bag down and used the rope to hang myself.
