They should contain the same active ingredient, Pentobarbital.
From the descriptions, it sounds like one is a liquid (CAS# 76-74-4 is Pentobarbital) and one is a salt/solid (CAS# 57-33-0 is Pentobarbital Sodium). It shouldn't matter which one you get, but if you get the salt form, you'll have to take into account the molecular weight of Sodium when determining your dose.
