Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If I purchase rope in person, what excuses can I make about why I'm buying it? Is there anything I can buy with it to make it look less suspicious (buying just rope might be odd) Sorry if this is a random question but I like to plan things out. Also, how difficult is partial? Is it hard to get the right position or knot?
I don't know where you live, but if in the US, or most anywhere, really, why would you need to tell anyone what the rope is for? What do they care as long as you give them your money? You would just go to the aisle where the rope is located, select the rope you want, and take it to the cashier and pay for it. Need not say anything at all.
If you don't have feds following your every track then there's no need to worry about buying some random rope. If you don't want the transaction to be tracked then buy it with some cash and leave the recipe there. Partial isn't all too hard, but for me it took a bit to find the correct position.
when buying rope make sure to also buy duct tape, a shovel, ski mask, and some lotion. also make sure to hold direct eye contact with the cashier while breathing heavily without saying anything . that should make sure you dont arouuse any suspicion .....
in all seriousness though no one will question you buying rope unless you already have marks on your neck.
