Hi, im very new to this site and going to cbt very soon (next week), but before being verified by admins ive read everything about fsh, and i got one question.
Should i really put a plactic bag between my neck and rope to reduce friction and make hanging a little bit less uncomfortable?
sorry for any mistakes.
