OTC sedative (UK): What are people’s recommendations?

looking for OTC sedative to knock me out for chloroquine method

Greetings!

I understand that this had been asked before but some posts are from a while ago. So I wanted to collect some more recommendations.

For context, I'm looking into taking chloroquine so I would need a sedative that is strong enough to knock me out and keep me asleep.

Nothing otc will knock you out , not even in large doses
