Hi I am in urgent need. Going through unbearable physical suffering, incapacitated so can't even get out to the shops.
I have nembutal, but I am now dependent on valium (long story, not my fault). I am in a horrific taper program. Can't breathe most of day and shake non stop. Can't eat or sleep. Moan and scream for 6 months.
would by nembutal still work? I read you need to not be dependent on benzos for it to work. I have 4 bottles, don't know how many are legit but I've tasted it before so would know after one sip.
I will take any pain. how can one do a self ligature?
I was reading today even about getting a banana stuck in throat, and choking. is this possible?
knives have been removed and I don't have the physical strength.
I could drown in bath but how?
I try starvation but my withdrawal gets even worse. how long before shaking and panic stop with starvation and weakness and lethargy set in?
I don't mind if it's agonising, so surely there should be a way. I read even throwing oneself under tube train can fail.
