I imagine it being like my motion sickness on steroids which is scary, but I don't think there's really other semi-accessible method that has a similar success rate...

my methods of choice always comes back to hanging. SN is insane tbh

Mine came with expiry date of 2029 and I bought it in the summer of 2025. It can last even past that date if the container is never opened.

I feel better about drinking the SN now. I'm relatively convinced that it's painless. I might try again tonight or maybe in a few days, I'm not sure yet. In any case I'll keep you updated. Maybe I'll even live update while taking it

I'm planning to CTB on January 23 using SN, without antiemetics.

The time of my CTB may be delayed by 2-3 hours, it depends when my family goes to sleep.

My Protocol:

January 23, 12:00 AM: Stop Eating
January 23, 11:00 PM: Stop Drinking
January 24, 12:15 AM: Take 600mg of Ibuprofen (without water)
January 24, 12:50 AM: Prepare 3 glasses of 25mg SN, mixed with 80ml water
January 24, 01:00 AM: Drink 1 glass of SN, lay down in bed with music


I'm pretty confident. I haven't vomited in years even after eating disgusting things, but it may be different with SN. That's why I'm going to prepare 3 glasses instead of 2.
I think having a positive mindset plays a big role, but I'm not an expert.
