Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

I think it's because of me walking too fast whenever I'm outside? I don't know if walking very fast is good for my legs / feet. Do i have stop walking so fast?

Are you forcing yourself to walk fast, or does it feel like you are at a natural pace for you? What about your shoes? Are you wearing the correct shoe size? Are you wearing overly cushioned shoes? Not enough cushioning? Do you maybe need to think about transitioning to barefoot shoes? Also, how is your flexibility? A lot of our gait can actually be affected by hip and ankle mobility.

Also, most importantly, you should probably go talk to a doctor about this.

I completely agree with @Forveleth as far as go to a doctor. No matter what it is, there is always a chance that a person will injury the foot even more without medical intervention.

You are too good of a person to hurt, go get it checked out.

I've developed a habit of forcing my self to walk very fast, i don't think shoes play any roles but i should stop doing this. I've had Vitamin D Deficiency which I'm suspecting is the main culprit.
