Misusing drugs has become my favourite self harm method

disclaimer- I don't condone the use of DPH or DXM, excessive use of DPH can cause liver damage, PTSD and dementia

I started with overdosing on DPH and now I've started counterflipping DXM and DPH. I've even just been taking a therapeutic dose of DPH just to make my brain a little fuzzy

I don't know if I even really like it that much. I don't know if the draw for me is the high or the fact I'm hurting myself. I've tried self harm in all sorts of methods, nicotine poisoning, burning, cutting.

I haven't even been using this shit for that long, only a couple days but I like it too much. I just ordered 400ml of cough syrup to take when I go on a trip to Bristol in two weeks
