• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

i never saw anyone discussing this. not on this site, not anywhere else. and ive only found it out just now (although ive been reading information about sn for 2 years now)

so methylene blue is an antidote for sn. but did you know, that you cant treat sn poisoning with methylene blue if patients is on antidepressants? well, you can, but the administration of methylene blue in patients taking serotonergic medications, especially ssri and snri, may produce serotonin toxicity, which may be fatal (although thats not really something that a suicidal person fears, lol)

so if you are on antidepressants and think about ctbting with sn, please, consider this. that if you change your mind and call an ambulance, you have to stress the fact that you take that medications. so the madical professionals will take this fact into account

I was on antidepressants when I took sn and was given methylene blue, and as you can see, I turned out fine.

hmmm
im no doctor, but i guess this is only possibility? that you may or may not develop serotonin syndrome. but medical professionals have to know this information. like, take this fact into account and make a decision based on all of the circumstances

will change my wording in the original post
