Today my SN came. I've had a look at what Is suggested for the protocol and I don't have nor can I get certain things. I'm unable to get benzos and a prescription anti emetic. I have the beta blockers that are suggested and I have 100g of SN. Do I definitely need an anti emetic and if so does it need to be prescription or will an over the counter work? Will it likely be more painful due to the lack of benzos to knock me out? Any advice or input appreciated.

Technically SN is all you need. You can try getting otc AE, they might be of some help. Benzos just help to ease the process/ relieve SISimilar threads
