If not sure, I thought a good idea could be trying little parts of one pill, to see how strong they are. Despite you can't be totally sure about the concentration this method seem to be more effective, quick and painless than SN. M'30's use to contain fentanyl whish is already a extremely Powerful drug, and Protonitazene (20 times stronger than fentanyl), also symilar components. Only 2 mg of fentanyl are necessary to die. They say even with a quarter of a pill they had a terrible ride. Fentanyl can kill within seconds.

From what I've read, there's no real way to know the potency of the pills themselves and what they've been cut with. You'd need to test them all individually to be 100% sure of composition and I'm not sure how feasible that is

You can know the potency trying them.
It's not necessary test or trying them all. Just taking one pill and to see the effects should be enough. The rest are the same combo.
At least if you are dead it will be in seconds no in painful hours like SN does

The effect of the blue pills is calming they use to be opiods. They can be anfetas too but you can know trying them and that's rare in blue pills for what I have read. They are famous for killing people and giving bad rides just with one quarter
