I eat pasta almost every day. I love my rice cooker, too. Ramen with tofu and fresh veggies is easy for me. If I don't want to move or eat I choke down a protein bar or chug some vanilla soy milk.

ramen, pasta, eggs and rice. rice with anything. try rice and a tin of sardines. i eat too many carbs but i love noodles so much lol. they fill me up when i'm too tired or anxious to eat anything else. sometimes it tastes good to crush up boiled eggs, sriracha, and mayo like i'm eating mushed up deviled eggs. i know eggs are getting pricier so i can't have them every day. i also love how the mcdonalds app has a deal for 1 dollar fries so that i can order 2 large fries for 2 dollars with my sister.

Tuna mayo rice:
Canned tuna
sticky rice (instant or whatever)
some kind of mayo, I like sriracha mayo (you can just add mayo and sriracha/other sauce)
sounds yummy

I eat healthy choice microwave meals and microwave frozen veggies/meals that steam in the bag. Fruits are good for my sweet tooth but I'm no stranger to things like cookies and brownies. Other times, I may get prepared foods from the grocery store or a restaurant, things like a baked chicken or a pasta dish. I refuse to cook, it's messy and time consuming.

I've been very depressed lately and eating into my savings buying meals from restaurants lol. I recently bought a rice cooker and now buy Japanese curry cubes. It is a lot of cutting vegetables, but if you have a large pot you can make a fuck-ton of it at one time, I usually get about 8-10 servings. I could eat chicken curry for every meal if I had to lol.

Another go to is beef chili. canned beans and canned or frozen veggies can make it incredibly easy

Buying kewpie mayo and just mixing it with canned tuna or salmon u can either make onigiri or just str8 up throw the tuna in a bowl with rice and eat it will a fork. I don't think it can get much simpler than that

Grilled cheese and canned tomato soup. You can put stuff like ham on it too.

Protein shakes. You can eat a fruit with it on the side to get solids in your stomach too.

Oatmeal is good for the morning, fruits don't require preparation.

As an example if there's a miracle soup out there that has all the nutrients you'd need so that you can live off of it exclusively I'd be interested in it too, make a lot of it and freeze it.
Nutraloaf maybe? (wiki) But don't expect any taste sensation. I've made it once out of curiosity, eating nothing but nutraloaf for 1 full day, and it's edible but not something I care to try again.

My go-to meal is porridge. It's cheap, quick to prepare, and stills the hunger well. Just place a bowl on a scale, pour the oats and milk, microwave it, and let it cool before you eat—simple. It doesn't contain all nutrients but I eat it every day and use it to comfortably swallow a multi-vitamins pill.
  • 40g Oat bran
  • 360g milk
  • Toppings after microwaving 4 minutes at 600W (optional):
    • Cinnamon
    • Vanilla extract
    • Banana
    • Chia seeds (absorbs water—thickens oatmeal)
Let it cool to thicken the porridge or use a bit less milk. For less calories, simply replace milk with water and no banana. It'll be blend but edible: eating for the sake of stilling your hunger.

Tuna casserole

Boil noodles and drain, add a can of tuna fish, can of cream of mushroom soup, small can of peas, stir in butter and milk as needed.

Depression meals. What the title said. Alternatively, do you know of any resources that share recipes and rate effort, cost, and nutrients? As an example if there's a miracle soup out there that has all the nutrients you'd need so that you can live off of it exclusively I'd be interested in it too, make a lot of it and freeze it. Just share your survival tips with me please. Thank you 💜
Frozen veggies steam/boil, I like frozen fish filets for this too. Season one filet and they cook in 6-8min. Cereal and oatmeal also.

Potato and sweet potato, boiled.
Protein shake. That's pretty much all I have everyday

Spirulina and sea moss are great ways to get your nutrients and vitamins, if it's hard for you to consume foods of nutritional value. ❤️
