I eat pasta almost every day. I love my rice cooker, too. Ramen with tofu and fresh veggies is easy for me. If I don't want to move or eat I choke down a protein bar or chug some vanilla soy milk.

sounds yummyTuna mayo rice:
Canned tuna
sticky rice (instant or whatever)
some kind of mayo, I like sriracha mayo (you can just add mayo and sriracha/other sauce)
BestGood ole' peanut butter and jelly sandwich.
Nutraloaf maybe? (wiki) But don't expect any taste sensation. I've made it once out of curiosity, eating nothing but nutraloaf for 1 full day, and it's edible but not something I care to try again. As an example if there's a miracle soup out there that has all the nutrients you'd need so that you can live off of it exclusively I'd be interested in it too, make a lot of it and freeze it.
Frozen veggies steam/boil, I like frozen fish filets for this too. Season one filet and they cook in 6-8min. Cereal and oatmeal also.Depression meals. What the title said. Alternatively, do you know of any resources that share recipes and rate effort, cost, and nutrients? As an example if there's a miracle soup out there that has all the nutrients you'd need so that you can live off of it exclusively I'd be interested in it too, make a lot of it and freeze it. Just share your survival tips with me please. Thank you![]()
