• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

As if depression and anxiety and whatever else is going on is not bad enough but physical pain is also just really f****** awful.

Kyphosis combined with a chronic fracture that doesn't seem like it wants to go away. I've said before physical stuff alone makes me want to die sometimes because it just really is awful. Not much can really be done about it besides willpower stuff that's really cool. Anyway anyone else have their own BS going on?

I have several chronic pain conditions that are getting worse by the year. Pain management hasn't helped much. I'm drowning.

I have physical health problems resulting from having multiple strokes. My mobility and vision were severely affected. I desire to CTB because of this. I'm only middle aged and could live a couple more decades with these problems, for which there is no treatment. I refuse to live a life with these issues.

It is horrible, especially when medical doctors act as gatekeepers to prevent you from accessing available pain management for political reasons.

It is hell for sure. I really wish it had just killed me so I don't have to do it myself now. People tell me how lucky I am. Not at all.

You build a tolerance to the pain, but it never truly leaves you. Chronic pain is one of the main reasons why I will end things one day.

Kyphosis can at the very least be managed and reversed to an extent with exercises, but not all of us have the luxury of being able to afford physiotherapy. My advice - if you want it - look up physios that upload to YouTube, it helped with, but didn't eliminate my back pain. I'm not a doctor though and this isn't professional advice. The stretches often hurt for the first week or two, and never push yourself too much past the pain. 1/10th of a stretch, once or twice a day, is where I started.

The fracture will likely leave you with some complications to some extent for the rest of your life, depending on how things heal, your best bet is to keep working with healthcare professionals if you have the privilege of being able to afford it, or can even muster up the motivation.

I have chronic lyme with constant nerve pain that is hard to live with and getting worse. I have a strong survival instinct that leads me to treating from protocol to protocol. Seems like it is all for nothing, I cannot stop the progression.

It really is so cruel and dreadful to me how there's all this pain and suffering of existing, I'd personally never wish for any of this, I see human existence as the most torturous and futile burden that just causes so much suffering, there's just so much cruelty in existing, I'm always so tired of it all. But anyway I wish you the best.

Why did u get multiple strokes?

IMO strokes can happen to anyone any second. That Alone for me is reason enough to get out of this hell called life asap

I work 15 hours per day a job and chores only to exist as a decaying animal, and a slave under threats of extreme torture for no reason

I don't know why. Doctors were doing tons of tests to find the cause after the first one, and then I had a second stroke before they found a reason. They still can't tell me why. I was working a lot, but I generally handle stress very well so I don't think that is why. Still waiting for answers. Cholesterol is good, don't smoke. Who knows? I'm just deciding to take care of things before I have another that might leave me a vegetable. And when the first one happened, they told me there was evidence of an older stroke that I didn't know about. They also can't tell me how I could have had a stroke and not know it. 🤷‍♀️
