Venting living in constant fear

in the end I cannot guarantee everything I have to support me living will be there for me forever, plus, there's nothing big I'm anticipating for in the future, I don't want to start family in this world, nor do I have a long term friends or relationship with anyone for them to look after me, people only want me to stay alive to serve them, but then when they go I'm left alone struggling

I relate to this feeling well. The idea that almost nothing is guaranteed in this life is deeply upsetting. The few guarantees seem to all be negative: human suffering will always exist, human pain will always exist, and inhumane acts will always exist.
