I was about to create a topic like this, but with just one thing. I was happier when I did gratitude lists every day a few years ago so I think I'll give this a go.

1. I got a rare mount in my MMO on my first try, the people left the group shortly after so I didn't have to continue the grind;
2. My brother told me he got a new cat and that gave me something to look forward to, seeing the little furbal xP
3. Ate spaghetti bolognaise - my "same food" that I hadn't eaten in a few months

Grats on the mount! It's so exhilarating when that happens. I couldn't believe it when I caught a rare fish in my MMO last week

My 3 things:

1. I woke up earlier than usual & cuddled with my cat for a bit.

2. There is a nice breeze today.

3. My family doesn't have any house guests coming this month.

4. Hit lady's car with my door and it didn't cost me a million dollars

1. Potential good news at work: I currently work part-time and there's a good chance they're going to increase my hours (and since the pay is not bad, that means ). Nothing official yet, though.

2. My (ex/current/confused) partner and I made pizza. I took care of the dough, she took care of sauces and toppings. It was delicious.

3. Generally speaking, low levels of anxiety throughout the day, except for short while about one hour ago.

I am going to try to use this thread regular with that one part of my DBT is to accumulate short term positives so.... Also going to cheat with either either listing more or less than 3 things :P

1. Waking up to my dog by my bed
