You won't find many seriously willing to argue that life is amazing for the great majority. And as we know most people are prone to overestimate when assessing the value of their own lives, both because they discount a lot of their suffering because it is "common" and because their memory distorts past good events to seem better than they really were, among other biases. That said, some specific aspects of life are sincerely amazing, for example the sense of vision. When you really think about vision, there is something almost psychedelic about it.
