l noticed. Obviously we're never going to know fully what went on there (l guess staff have their reasons etc etc) but it's definitely linked to the whole Thelasttrip and his South America travel log of weirdness, which l was closer to than most and noticed a few other accounts close to TokyoJoe and that particular thread were removed too. These people will still be here, for sure.

At the end of the day, he's alive! and that should be celebrated. I of course respect people's choices to end their own lives, but I also celebrate the fact that he never succeeded, as it's never a nice thing to think of someone in such a bad place that they want to die...

Not sure if "celebrate" is the correct term to be used here, but of course, never do I wish anyone death. But "faking" it just to obtain other users' sympathetic reactions, is just NOT ok in my book. The way this post is worded, seems like you're perfectly ok with that. Not cool.

No I'm not perfectly ok with that, you can't make that assumption by my little post. Of course life should be celebrated, if someone is still living and not killed themselves, I see that as a good thing. And I'm NEVER ok with people faking things, I just don't know the truth and can't decide if it was fake or not! So I focused on the fact this person is still alive...And that's ok to do.

Wow...thanks Chinaski. I must admit I wondered about that more than once. I shall have to learn how to discern such actions. Fortunately for me I just need zolpidem...my methods are all prepared, ready to go, and definitely work.

By all means trumpet the latest new fangled method designed by a stranger on the internet if you want, just be mindful that there is a legitimate counter-argument to this bullshit, as provided above, and that anyone with genuine intent to ctb would naturally prefer a trued and tested method rather than be a test pilot for some online whimsy.

You'll probably find that the "egoism" is generally with the perpetrators of this kind of bullshit, rather than with those who are pointing out its obvious flaws.

Partial hanging works, but how about doing it without suspension, instead do it sat on the couch with beanbags and ratchet straps?

Drowning works, but better yet, why not immerse just your nose and mouth in a cereal bowl of water?
