It is becoming more real

What began as just an idea is becoming increasingly real. My hopes and attempts to treat my medical condition are fading, and so is my will to live.

I hear you. Illness with no cure is truly hell on earth. So sorry. Theres some amazing people on here really understand and going through that too.
