This might sound inherently silly, however I don't know how else to word this. But I feel like the summer is draining me mentally as much as it does physically.. anyone else know what I mean?
There's a terrible heat wave going on in Europe right now. @unluckysadness is struggling a lot as well.
You can expect brain fog from losing electrolytes in the heat, especially sodium. Remember to salt your food well. Also you can take some potassium and magnesium supplements separately. But this is only if you sweat a lot and you're feeling really tired.
But even after all this, if you lack air conditioning, you're definitely going to be depressed

Andrew Huberman on his podcast said that lack of salt is the number one reason for brain fog and fatigue.Yeah, when you increase your salt, you must also increase water consumption accordingly.

The days where it's sunny and beautiful out,I feel worse mentally. When it's cloudy I love it,when it's rainy I EXTRA love it. I genuinely don't want to leave the house on a nice sunny day because I know more people will be out and about. Kind of a messed up way to live, but whatever I guess

I can somewhat relate. I dislike socializing a ton, offline anyway. I'm always surprised how empty the streets are on a work day, as someone who's home emlpoyed I can kind of just do whatever, long as I manage my quota.. but yeah the heat's killing me; wish it was autumn honestly.

Yes it's terrible because northern european countries are not ready and don't have air conditioning. It makes my physical and mental health worse (I'm already disabled with chronic pain). But we're millions to struggle with this situation.
When you say "Remember to salt your food well", I think I'll just drink my SN, so I'll have my quota of salt !... Seriously, last night I told to my cat it was over for me (my cat is my closest friend). I just wanted to open the bottle and mix it with water. But there is always the fasting problem with this method. I have a rope too but I don't have an anchor point. And I'm not comfortable with jumping or train. I'd just like to die in my sleep because this fucking heatwave (it would be my greatest gift, but it won't happen).
