Help Is there a way to CTB without it looking intentional?

I don't necessarily know how I should handle this because I don't really have any way to get anything like pills and such because my parents are always strict about what I should buy and get. But I don't want them to feel like they caused me to die because they're always really hard on themselves whenever something related to me happens.
