is plastic bag and drugs reliable?

im planning to ctb in november, but i cant seem to find an actual reliable method and im getting really frustrated. i was thinking of SN since i heard its almost painless but i cant seem to find any websites anywhere.
my plan B is to go for the classic plastic bag + drugs, even though i heard it has a low success rate. if i take all the pills at the right time, will this work? would i need to put any restrictions on my arms/hands to prevent myself from tearing off the bag? would a regular trash bag be good enough?

Don´t experiment with any drug combo. Most of such attempts fail. Permanent organ damage is possible.
