Help Is black powder shotgun shell filled with BB (#1 shot, 4mm) birdshot enough?

Hello,
I know I keep asking stupid questions but if I could speak for everyone, I think everyone wants to know that their method is 100% lethal (or as close to 100% as possible).
Like the post says, I have at home one reloaded shotgun shell filled with black powder and 4mm diameter pellet, is it enough to kill me?
I would put the shotgun barrel horizontally into my mouth and then tilt it downwards about 45 degrees, aiming right onto brainstem but I am afraid that the pellets don't make it into the brainstem, especially if it's black powder that I am using.
