One of the side effects of my medication is having less saliva so I barely have the urge to so it feels like i hit the jackpot. But eh anyway if it does happen the general positioning of the rope will still maintain and so will the pressure so i think it's okay tbhThe risk of swallowing while one is unconscious seems like a big issue even if you can mitigate it somewhat by eating and drinking less
Yes i think this method works better for thinner necks like minesLuck definitely does seem play a role in terms of the ease of and amount of pressure required for arterial suppression. I think this is one of the main reasons why some people simply cannot get partial suspension to work.
People with thicker necks would probably need to apply lots more pressure or something because carotids are buried deeper.
Another success factor is whether you do it sitting or lying down. Lying down, it's way easier to pass out idk why.
More pressure = hits carotids better = pass out faster = death
you might not be able to breathe for a while but not breathing for 20 seconds isnt much time tbh. Eventually deep in unconsciousness one will stop breathing anyway because of brain stem damage.
If one cant breathe it will also be a compounding mechanism in causing death
Thin ligature = higher focused pressure = hits carotids = death
Convulsions are due to hypoxia and these convulsions can range from minor movements to movements that appear like full on seizures. Regardless, nothing will come untied because these movements are uncoordinated.
