Inert Gas Method Questions

Where can I find information on exiting with the inert gas method? How much flow do I put on the flow meter to ensure it? Where can I even get a moderately priced flow regulator? If I get one that has psi instead of lpm how much psi should I use? I'm using a non-rebreather mask and I just want to make sure I don't mess it up. I wouldn't ask these questions if I hadn't tried looking and struggled to find good answers. Thanks for your help everyone.
