Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

DESCRIPTION
The metabolism of Domperidone can be decreased when combined with Acetaminophen.

EXTENDED DESCRIPTION
Due to competition for the CYP1A2 binding sites, substrates of this enzyme may be metabolized at a lower rate. When CYP1A2 substrates are coadministered, this may increase the serum concentration of either or both drug, increasing the risk of toxicity and adverse effects.
Here's the information I found on the drug interaction tracker, but I can only purchase domperidone as an antiemetic (in my country, it's the only over-the-counter option). If taken simultaneously, could it cause my SN regimen to fail? Should I consider discontinuing the pain medication?

I don't think the protocol mentioned acetaminophen. Personally, I'm taking paracetamol as the painkiller
