• Hey Guest,

As you know, censorship around the world has been ramping up at an alarming pace. The UK and OFCOM has singled out this community and have been focusing its censorship efforts here. It takes a good amount of resources to maintain the infrastructure for our community and to resist this censorship. We would appreciate any and all donations.

They came on within a few hours lasted over a month wondering if I need tbis
Wow. I think I'm personally going to skip meto. Not worth the risk to me. Do we have any "proof" of its necessity other than people tend to take it? I know it can speed up gastric emptying but who decided it is a necessity and do we have anything to back this up?

Yeah there was a post about the risks vs rewards from @aetheistjoe god rest his soul very informative I just react so poorly to it but wonder if it's just for that 40 min maybe I won't have a reaction I did get very panicky with it

That's what I wondered too. If I do a stat dose right before maybe I won't have to worry about side effects. I actually just finished reading that post. That was very generous of him to make that. My brain is so frazzled half the time I can't imagine the effort and I believe he suffered with physical illness also. May he be at peace.

I did read about meto on reddit. And lots of ordered complaining of side effects. Even with oral doses. So it really makes me nervous but maybe doing like you said it won't be a problem. I think I'll at least skip the longer regimen.

I didn't see in Joe's post anything about how pertinent it truly is. But it is such a gamble.

I'm so sorry. I have a horrible neurological condition. Thinking about it I wonder if any of it is from the Flexeril and cymbalta they gave me. I had a horrible reaction to those. I really don't trust these drugs they give us.

How long ago did this happen to you?

Yes, they do. I found out after the fact Flexeril is an antidepressant. There is a group about cymbalta. That ish is crazy. I'm sorry this has happened to you. Sounds hurt me too. I can't work or anything either. Lost everything. I just want my life back but here I am.

Thank you for this extremely thorough and detailed approach to the use of metoclopramide, extremely useful. Could you please address the use, dosage and possible side effects of benzodiazepines (Benzos) in this way within the SN protocol as this topic is very variable and controversial from protocol to protocol. of the protocol both in terms of dose and in terms of the exact time of ingestion within the protocol?

What about if your akathisia is because of benzo withdrawal? How risky is the meto? I'd prefer to go on living than risk going into full blown aka again if for some reason I survive. I'd prefer paralysis to going back there. Also withdrawing from antidepressants.
