I'm ready to go to tonight BUT

- I havent fasted.... I ate a few hours ago.

AND i don't have my desired pain killers ready...

I have my pronaolol , SN and METO on hand.

AM I good to go or what do I do...?

Don't do it if you haven't fasted for 8 hours. You could suffer for a lot longer. Like an hour instead of 20 minutes. It'll take longer to die as well and someone could save you. But I hope you change your mind anyway, things sometimes get better! Why not give life one more chance? You have what you need to CTB if it all gets too much and you change your mind again
