I'm one of the lucky few that received my SN. I have it ready to take whenever I need and I think i'll do it tonight. I hate that i've waited this long because the feeling always comes back no matter what. I'm going to shower and clean up my room and my house. I have no protocol i'm just going to take it and see what happens

That sounds to me like you're not 100% behind it. Getting anti-emetics and all that jazz costs a bit of time and money but isn't impossible.
You're essentially leaving it up to chance whether you live or die. This means to me that part of you still wants to live. That means that it will be HELL once your SI kicks in. And more importantly, it sounds like you're just one good, caring conversation away from recovery. Maybe give that a shot instead?
