I'm in bed. Thinking about food. Someone at work started a random conversation about potatoes. If you were a potato, how would you liked to be cooked? I said sensation thai sweet chilli because 1. I love crisp, they cheap to buy and you get them anywhere and eat them on the go. 2) you can eat them in multiple different favours

jacket is good. i generally eat potatoes (not including chips/fries) jacketed, mashed or boiled.

Peel the potato.
Grab a fork, stab the potato.
Put a pan with a lil bit of oil, you don't need much, cook that up till its hot.
With the peeler, you peel off the potato you have in your fork, bit by bit you throw them on, they will become kinda like the mix between a pringle and a fry. And it's the fucking best thing ever, you put them on a bowl, and while you don't need to, you can even add a lil bit of salt there.
Leveled up potatoes for me big time.
Please try them, takes like 5min and you have pringles. But better.

I thought about it, but have determined that my potato survival instinct would likely be very strong. I would stay in the pantry for too long and start sprouting to make myself as inedible as possible. I suppose it's more about autonomy than anything else. I want to decide when I cook myself, and not have it determined for me by some hungry third party. My tuber, my choice.
