I have been constipated for the past 4-5 days and it's a cycle where I have been constipated for the last two weeks and relied on lax because of my shitty diet and lack of movement but the only thing keeping me alive is the euphoric taste of unhealthy food but because of my ED I either binge or eat nothing at all so my digestive system is fucked and now I went downstairs to get some ice cream and my mum said "no wonder why you're constipated" and it's just these fucking comments that piss me off so much I JUST WANT TO EAT MY FUCKING ICECREAM WHY IS MY BODY FUCKING MESSED UP. It's like I can't even have the things that make me happy because it's too unhealthy fml.

Maybe you could try adding some more fibre to your meals to help with the constipation. For example, when eating ice cream, you could try adding some nuts and fruits to it.

I went through the exact same thing just last week, i feel you so much!! I rely on lax so much bc of my ED ruining my diet.

But i suggest you eat TONS of yogurt (frozen yogurt tastes good too imo!) and add fibre rich fruits like dragon fruit and papaya + chia seeds. And what helped me is also eating shit ton of spicy food (even if it's unhealthy)— if you could handle that. For me, eating more fibre (by more, i mean makinh myself extra full by it) helps a lot.

Also, don't use lax too much bc later it's gonna be hard to not depend on it </3 I hope you feel better!
