I found this on Reddit: Someone claiming to report forum sources to authorities

Hi Everyone, I am new here and I have a lot of questions but first I wanted to share something I found on Reddit.
Someone claiming to have been participating in a suicide forum for 3 years and have thousands of posts. He/She is claiming to participate in the forum specifically to report sources to Authorities.
This person created a brand new account on Reddit just to share this post 14 days ago, and they have no other posts or any other activity on Reddit. I have taken a screenshot of the user and the post in case they decide to take it down. Here is their post. I find it incredible that people like this exist. What a superiority complex. They have no compassion of human suffering, illness, pain, old age, probably because they have never experienced chronic pain, debilitating disease or real suffering. In any case, this is the post I found on Reddit, in case someone recognize this person:

I have participated in a pro-choice suicide forum for 3 years now. I have thousands of posts on it. My initial intention to begin with was to help talk people through tough times. The community there has a lot of people who feel comfortable venting, publicly, about things that hurt them to the point of wanting to hurt themselves. In a forum full of those who encourage suicide as an answer to all problems, I tried to be the one to put reason into peoples heads. Offer solutions, ways to keep people's mind at ease. I've played Minecraft and other games with users when they needed it. I've seen people recover, I've met good people in this place. And that's why I continue to participate. However, this place has plenty of bad apples.
There is a sad reality on this website: There are vendors of product used to commit suicide, fully aware of where their clients are coming from. These products are usually sodium nitrite, a legal inorganic salt, used as a food preservative. People on the forum advocate for using it, claiming it is 'peaceful'. (For those of you concerned about this, contact your lawmakers and urge them to regulate the sale, and shipping of sodium nitrite). People gatekeep the sources to protect the seller. What they don't know, is that I rat them out. In my opinion, if you knowingly profit off of selling substances for suicide, you are worse than a heroin dealer, and a total piece of shit. I report every new source, and then all of a sudden they stop shipping, and all the people on the forum just assume they're scammers. Nah, I reported them to the authorities. I'll say it, criminals really are stupid. I work in cybersecurity and I've been interested in computers my whole life. None of these people know how to hide themselves. The only vendors I haven't been able to do anything about, are chinese warehouses that are labeling the product as other substances to pass customs(again, contact your lawmakers about this), and a couple buggers that are good at covering their tracks.

I fully agree. It upset me also to read this person's post, and just to think that this person is dedicating their entire life to this and posting thousands of fake posts just to create a fake "alibi". Everyone is talking about new users, and saying that new users cannot source, but this person has been on here for 3 years . Just crazy!!!

I suspect he or she is from the UK - not many nationalities use the phrase 'bugger'. I would also suggest a southerner as it's not commonly used north of the midlands.

They should be fairly easy to identify from the writing style.

What gets me the most beyond the smug, arrogant manipulation is the line "In a forum full of those who encourage suicide as an answer to all problems..."

I've only been a user here for a few months but I don't think I've ever seen anyone encourage any other user to commit suicide as an answer to any and all problems. Even in the suicide discussion board, there are users who step in to offer comfort or alternate suggestions, and even some come-to-Jesus moments if they think something is fishy. Usually advise that if there's any reason to hang on, or if you're having any doubts, to put off the CTB decision. Inappropriate posts are quickly dealt with. This is not a pro-death forum and OP just maintains the stereotype that we're trying to build a suicide cult by honeypotting fence-sitters and encouraging them to kill themselves.

Glad to see it's only 50% upvoted which is an extremely low percentage for Reddit, and the only surviving comment is calling them out. Reddit tends to be pro-euthanasia (not always for the best reasons, but whatever) and looks like this went over poorly even with the "keep them alive by any means necessary" crowd.

Imagine being extremely suicidal and in complete agony for years or decades and you join this forum to find a source and finally find a way to be free of the suffering.
You get your hopes up, pay your hard earned money and finally feel relief knowing you can exit the world in peace.
But then it turns out to be a "scammer" or in this case someone who was reported by the idiot from reddit.
So you feel disappointed. Wasted your money and your hopes up and now have to suffer again and potentially try a riskier method like hanging and risk paralysing yourself.

If that person on reddit is reading this, you think you are doing the right thing but you really are not. Please stop denying people their right to a peaceful death

So we know that he/she probably is from the UK. Probably 20s or 30s as they play mincraft. I think they are male, based on their interest, job and writing style, and we know that they work in cyber-security. So essentially a 20s or 30s male, from the UK, good with computers and works in cybersecurity. Probably single, no kids.

Holy shit. I once made this thread about fake members with thousand of posts and that is just one of them. This evening I am very paranoid. The day in the clinic was way too much. Also the self-help group was horrible for my mental state.

If anyone suspects me (I am more positive and recovery oriented on here) I think this person has a very different writing style compared to me. And I don't know anything about computers and IT. To be honest this person sounds like a native speaker to me. But I am not sure.

God damn I am so fucking paranoid. To be honest this post is sort of stunning. However, I have the feeling the person revealed so much that it will be easy to identify the person. I assume he or she is honest in this post. And also honest in this forum. Moreover, I barely know any sources and only asked for a few when I was acute suicidal.

It makes me suspicious writing all of these. But I am so so fucking paranoid this evening. However, this thread sort of blows my mind.
