I am so sick of everything. I don't like travelling but maybe I am doing something wrong with my life. I want to die all the fucking time and I am really really tired.

I once was in Lodon. Maybe I should visit Paris or a city in Italy. But travelling all alone is sad.

Japan and the US is impossible because jet lag and bipolar. (very sensitive night day rhythm)

Why not do it? If you can. May as well while you're here. Sometimes, I think it's good to just shake things up. Being somewhere different can do that partially.
