I dream of a bed made warm by the body of someone who loves me.
someone to hold my head steady, to not think twice of my sleeping or my strange and strained breathing, to not know what I'm doing to myself.
I dream of a gentle collapse in your arms,
so when I go cold, there is at least something left to heat the bones that once housed me.
