I don’t know where else to post this but I’m in shock trauma again

I don't know where else to post this, but I'm in shock trauma again. I had to call 911 so he got hit by a bike and now I'm in shock again I'm hyper ventilating because the reason why I'm severely depressed is because I was in a car accident I'm screaming in my head I am panicking I am panicking I'm panicking I am shaking
She's fine it's just reactivating my trauma
