I would like some advice on obtaining hcl 30% in the UK. you need a business license it seems. but I wonder if there's a work around for this. also lime sulphur seems easier to get but that might be deceiving?

I have also heard the solution might be explosive and will need to turn lights off. can I use indirect light? is it very sensitive to any light

any opinions recommendations please
