How would you go about CBT'ing if hospitalized?

I've been considering what I would do if worst comes to worst and I end up in the psych ward again.
And having reached the decision that if it comes to that, then I will do everything I can to CBT asap, because I don't want to live through that torture again.
(Yeah, I know: doesn't mean that much coming from a suicidal person who, admittedly, doesn't really want to "live through" anything anymore. But trust me on this, it really is the worst fucking thing.)

Anyways, aside from hanging/partial hanging, what methods could you realistically use when locked up?
Any suggestions?
Anyone who's of the same mind?

i wanna know too since im currently hospitalized as well (wont disclose why but it's not a psych ward)
and i have no way in geting sn and those other stuff
