I only pay people who I know do a good job. In my experience, almost no one does a good job.

It's almost embarrassing now that I wrote that comment above over 2 years ago about my problem being money. Pretty much everyone was right when they said money wouldn't fix it all. Now that I have it...I know it's unfortunately true.
