Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

I happen to have the source on hand... This table uses a particular methodology and set of assumptions, anyone referring to it should at least be aware of them.
I agree completely. People need to have confidence in where the data comes from. Thanks for posting the link to the source and explanation regarding the figures. Now people can make up their own mind and decide if what is presented is reliable enough for them. πŸ‘πŸ‘

Yeah, the PPEH mentions 30 or 35 grams for people who weigh a bit more right?

I weigh 160 I'm not drinking 35 grams in one cup. I'm already drinking two. Those two should be enough.
Edit: sorry I was reading kg not lbs

I wouldn't drink that much, either, unless I was really heavy, like the 350 lbs it references. Two cups ought to be enough for anyone, unless you vomit each of them very quickly, from my understanding. It's all about absorption.

Just to clarify, when you say two cups, the second cup is only if the first one is vomited, right?

You and @locked*n*loaded both mentioned drinking two glasses, but is that just if the first one doesn't stay down..?

That would be correct, as long as in the first glass, the correct dose was taken. Second is for assurance, if first one comes up too quickly and there is a likelihood of not enough being absorbed into system. Some people even mix up 3 glasses just to be safe, in case the second one comes up quickly, also.

Thanks for responding. Just wanted the clarification. I'm planning on preparing 3 glasses, just in case

That should be more than enough for anyone. Chances are you probably won't even have to drink it all. It never hurts to be prepared, though.

Yeah, hopefully won't need it all. I feel less pressure knowing I have extra, though.

Yeah, it's always prudent to hope for the best, but plan for any unforeseen circumstances.
